which women's burton feather should i get?!?
im a total newbie looking at this board cause it seems to be a really versatile, solid board for the money. ill be boarding groomed runs and maybe learning some jibbing when i get better.
im 5'10" and 140 pounds. my Boot Size is an 11 in womens which is a 9.5 in guys.
i need to know if i should get the regular 153 feather or the Mid Wide 152 feather
i have big feet for a girl and i heard too much overhang is bad
and also, the feather has those 3d binding holes, can i only use a burton binding with that?
other boards im considering are the ride rapture, omatic benetar, and burton stigma too lemme know what you think pleaseee

If you're planning on learning jibbing, I think I'd go with the 152 mid-wide Feather, because it'll suit your feet better (I have size 10 snowboard boots and they're juuuuust right for my regular width board, any bigger and I'd have too much overhang) and a shorter board makes for an easier time in the park, plus it's easier to control. However, it's tricky because you're pretty tall and so that would make a difference in whether the board will wash out under you or not...I'm 5'8'' and I ride a 155, but that's partially because I'm heavier than you are. I definitely find it hard to ride the 155 in the park, though, I will say that and I'm looking for a banana board that's lots shorter for the next time I'm not broke. But I think the best thing for you to do would be to go to your local board shop and see if you can demo some different boards to see what feels better. You have to pay a little for demo-ing but in the long run if you're going to invest in a board you plan on keeping around for several seasons, testing it out before throwing down the cash is a good idea.
I can't answer your question about whether only Burton bindings will work for the Feather, but I've seen several reviews in which people say that the Burton Stiletto binding complements the Feather pretty well, so if you want to stay on the safe side and go for an all-Burton setup, I'd recommend those.
