Can you explain this Diving Gear?

I want to sell this diving gear on eBay but I have no idea what it is. Can you explain to me how all those parts are called so I can list them with the right description?

Hi

The Jacket is called a Buoyancy Control Device or Buoyancy Compensator. The other piece of gear is called a regulator. The make is Dacor but thats obvious, Im not sure of the model. It look like an old one. The regulator has a Depth Gauge, pressure gauge and compass all on one console. You have 2 hoses with mouthpieces. These are refered to as Primary and Octopus (longer hose) Second stages.. A helpful selling technique for this gear is mention when it was last serviced / used.
