Is there anyone rooting for...?
Will anyone here be rooting for an other country than his at the olympic Ice Hockey championship?
I am just curious about that.
During the last world championship where Russia defeated Canada, I couldn't hold myself on the floor when the Russians were scoring. But, curiously, being a canadian -according to our constitution, unofficially; but officially according to the taxes- I should be standing against our arch rivals. However, watching them is just like watching Federer playing tennis; it just feels magical, graceful and pure.
I doubt I am unique and if there is any "traitors" like me, please stand up!
I most definitely will. IDK why but I always end up rooting for another team than I'm supposed to. I am originally from Poland but for all intensive purposes Im an American since i lived here for 95% of my life. I will be rooting for the Czech Republic and Sweden. I dont know why but these are the two teams I have always rooted for (not only because my two favorite players play/played for those respective teams). Its not uncommmon for me. In the World Cup of Soccer everyone in my family is rooting for Poland and im sitting there with my Germany shirt on.
