Choosing Stainless Steel Dive Watches
The first LCD watch with a six-digit LCD was the 1973 Seiko 06LC, although various forms of early LCD watches with a four-digit display were marketed as early as 1972 including the 1972 Gruen Teletime LCD Watch, and the Cox Electronic Systems Quarza.
Stainless Steel Dive Watches

30 meter (100 Feet) - Splashes of water or rain.
50 meter (165 Feet) - Showering, bathing, dish washing, and swimming in shallow water.
100 meter (330 Feet) - Swimming, and snorkeling.
150 meter (500 Feet) - General Water Sports.
200 meter (600 Feet) - General water sports, and free diving.
Diver's 150 meter (500 Feet) - ISO standard scuba diving.
Diver's 200 meters (660 feet) - ISO standards suitable for scuba diving.
Analog watches like varying clocks are often marketed showing a display time of approximately 10:09 or 10:10. Most watches with LED displays required the user to press a certain button to visit the time displayed for a few seconds, because LEDs used a lot of power they could not be kept operating continuously.
In addition to the time, modern watches of today often display the day, date, month and year, and most electronic watches have other functions. A watch is a timepiece that is made to be worn on a person on the wrist or in a pocket.
A watch case is the housing containing the internal electronic and mechanical parts of a watch.
