How long is a size 10 mens in converse all stars?

I want to buy some converse all stars off the internet but I don't know how long from toe to heel they are. There mens size ten and ladies size twelve how long would they be?
My feet are around 24cms or 9 1/4inches

im not sure, but mens size ten in converse is about a twelve in womens.
