Should i use a mizuno gsp1302 softball glove for baseball?

i have this glove , i catch baseballs perfectly fine wit it, is there any downsides for usin this softball glove for baseball??

I searched the web for the Mizuno GSP 1302 softball glove.
- black and yellow Leather Glove
- basket weave pocket
- full-grain leather shell
- palmsoft lining for comfort and durability

If you can catch baseballs perfectly fine with it, definitely go with it. It is a High Performance glove that is suitable to both softball and baseball. It would take you a lot of time to adjust your game to a new baseball specific glove and it would cost you money as well when you already have a Very Good glove.

In baseball, generally outfielders and 1st baseman prefer bigger gloves so they can have a better catching ability. Infielders with the exception of the catcher and 1st baseman prefer smaller gloves so they can quickly catch, release and throw the ball to another base to tag runners.

Unless you are playing at a professional level, a softball glove will double as a baseball glove just fine. You can even use that glove for pitching as it has a closed weave basket so the batter can't see how you are holding the ball to predict the kind of pitch you are going to through.
