How to decide the risk free rate for Black Scholes Model?

I don't want to use 4% or 8% as the general assumption. So here is my question
1. Should I use treasury bill or treasury note to decide the risk free rate? Or both are ok?
2. How to select the most relevant treasury note/bill for decideing risk free rate?
