How About Some Rafting in the Mendoza River?

The summer flow oscillates between 80 and 200 cubic meters per second, and the winter's is 20. The water, from fall to spring is clear, and from spring to summer is brown due to the drag of the sediments in its path. Nevertheless, it is pure with no chemical and biological pollution, with a winter temperature from -5º to 18º, and 20º to 35º in summertime.
The security procedures in the practice of rafting are very important to keep everyone safe. That is why highly skilled professional guides accompany people on the descents and a kayak escorts the rafts. Likewise, the rafts are built with the latest technology, with the most resistant materials. The oars are made of PVC and aluminum, which provides reliability on the rowing of each passenger.
Practising rafting is possible throughout any season, but the river has its major flow during the summer, increasing its level of difficulty. Once summertime is over, the flow shrinks substantially, turning the river almost fit for all types of passengers, mainly amateurs.
