The other day I got a blister from the roller blade rubbing against my skin?
and it kept rubbing my skin so now there is a big disgusting scab in its place. What is the quickest way to get rid of it?

Use an antibiotic ointment and cover it.
Neosporin is one brand, there are many others. The brand really doesn't matter.
I prefer using 3M Tegaderm or the Nexcare clear bandage (same material with a pad that hides the wound) over typical bandages.
The material is super thin with a mild adhesive over the entire surface that acts like a new layer of skin. It is waterproof and can stay on a wound (that is no longer weeping) for a week instead of needing to be changed daily. You can shower or take a bath without disturbing it.
I like it because it does not form a hard scab under it that itches and hurts when flexed. The wound stays moist and heels faster.
