How to get a surfer body without the surf?
Okay so me and my friend (both girls) want to get a surfer body with out surfing because we don't live any where near a place to surf and that takes way to much effort. Are there any diet and or excersie routines that can give us that athletic surfer beach body with out the beach?
We don't want the tan just the body, with out pills. We want a daily exercise routine. Not pills, not tanning advice.
Thanks though 
A Routine to get the body would be to do 30 minute walks 3 times weekly. Minimize Calorie intake by 800-300 per day depending on how fast you want to lose the weight.
You and your friend could also do a routine of 25 Push-ups, Sit-ups, Crunches, Squats and Calf Raises twice daily (Morning and Night to get metabolism working)to get a general toned look/remove body fat from all areas of the body.
If you follow this, expect to see results in 1-2weeks and have a body closer to a 'Surfer' than before.
